Reuben Butterfield is a strategist, entrepreneur, coach, and founder of Round 3, where he helps organizations build brands worth believing in and leaders create meaningful momentum around work that matters.

For more than two decades, he has worked across industries including healthcare, education, construction, nonprofits, professional services, coaching, and entrepreneurship, helping organizations clarify who they are, what they stand for, and where they are headed.

Alongside his work in branding and business strategy, Reuben is deeply interested in personal growth, leadership, and reinvention. Through coaching, writing, and speaking, he explores the questions that often emerge during life's turning points: How do we change? How do we rebuild after loss? How do we become more aligned with who we truly are?

A father, business owner, and lifelong student of growth, Reuben brings together strategy, creativity, leadership, and lived experience in his work with both individuals and organizations. He is currently writing a book inspired by his own decade-long journey of transformation, resilience, and becoming.
