What do you think, do we really need International Women’s Day or Women’s History Month?

Do you think we should have special days or month like, International Women’s Day or Women’s History Month.  I realize this may be a triggering question for some, and people will be on both sides.  Some will say absolutely more awareness needs to take place and this is a call to action.  Others, including many women, believe these days are not needed and can even hurt the people they are trying to help.  Listen to this episode where we will discuss this polarizing topic in detail including my own experience, changing opinion, and what you can do to celebrate these events.
