Is Self-Help obsolete? – a radical change!

The expression “self-help” is really not accurate!  Typically, someone says “use my formula or process and you’ll have success in some area of your life.  But really, they are just trying to program you, like a machine by saying if you follow this formula or do these things then you will get this! Of course, these are “one size fits all” formulas!  Is there really a way to do self-help that allows you to help yourself that is unique for you and effective? This is an important show!
