How I discovered the Courage to Be Seen and how it changed my life!

We have all heard the statement, "a woman can do anything a man can do." I know I strived to be the best engineer I could and when I was called a female engineer, subconsciously,  I felt that meant I could only be the best of the women. And I wanted to be the best overall, so I despised the label for much of my life. While this attitude may have helped me in some of my career achievements, it has also limited me and kept me from being my true self.
