Prior to starting Compass Group International, Mr.Roadhouse was a veteran of the financial services industry having spent over a decade in upper management with Wells Fargo Business Bank as an Area Sales Manager - managing the #1 Sales Team in the bank! He was then recruited to Private Client Services as the Vice President of “Wealth Management” (managing over $950 million in assets for high net worth families); he also trained thousands of professional salespeople, and co-authored two Wells Fargo sales manuals - still being used today!
With these organizations, he guided teams of financial consultants providing business banking, wealth management, and real estate banking services to corporations, high net-worth clients, and large organizations.
Throughout his real estate finance experience, Mr. Roadhouse has specialized in cultivating relationships with real estate brokers/agents/bankers throughout Asia, North & Central America; and facilitated their preferred-lender status with real estate developers. Mr. Roadhouse also creates & manages offshore real estate assets for high net worth clients throughout the world.
