Judy Alexander is the co-host of Couples Therapy in Seven Words with her husband, Dr. Bruce Chalmer. A former teacher and principal, Judy brings grounded insight, directness, humor, and lived experience to conversations about intimacy, conflict, desire, and the real human mess of relationship.
