Sarah is the Founder/Owner of Color My Spirit, LLC back in 2012 to help offer inspiration, motivation & self-healing to people by helping them explore the messages their bodies are sending them. In 2019, she Co-Founded Spirit's Quest Center and then in 2020 she grew her business and opened her own practice, where she resides today - Color My Spirit Wellness in Raleigh, NC. At her healing center, Sarah has the pleasure of working with many other talented wellness professionals to support the community locally and worldwide. Sarah treats people with sleep disturbances, anxiety, pain, grief, wound healing, and fatigue, etc. Some clients come in who aren't sure why they are feeling "off" and just want to clear old energy to support their general well-being. This is sometimes referred to as Shadow Work. No matter what the reason, her sessions enhance the energy fields and help to rebalance the chakras leaving you feeling more informed, renewed and restored. Sarah's most sought-after session is Messages & Energy Healing since clients turn to her to help determine what is going on in their bodies on a deeper level.

As an Integrative Health Coach, Sarah can work with you to develop a customized plan to help empower you to develop healthy behavior changes and see real results. Sarah has not only studied over the years, but has a deep connection to the work she does within the community. The training she first received, involved healing herself. In 2006, Sarah became very ill with no traditional diagnosis in sight. To find relief, Sarah put her anthropological skills to work and researched alternative healing modalities to try and help support her body. Sarah realized that harmony was needed not only on the Physical Level, but Emotional, Mental and Spiritual Levels too to enjoy improved comfort and happiness. She tuned into her guidance, while at the same time discovering her true calling and mission in life - helping others on their life's journey.

Publications: Author of inspirational novel, Koko's Gift (2012) and creator of the metaphysical comic book series, Chakrula(2012). Sarah also contributed content for the development of the ShadowMyth oracle decks by artist and creator Doug Hoppes (2019-2020).

Additional Training & Awards: Graduate from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology (1998), Volunteer with Building A Global Community in South Africa as a Garden Builder & Concrete Foundation Expert to build sustainable chicken coops & gardens to feed two large orphanages housing children with HIV/AIDS (2009), Wife, and Mother of two dynamic kids and three sweet comfort dogs (2010), two fluffy cats (2025), HT Volunteer at the Cancer Clinic at Alexian Brothers Hospital in Elk Grove Village, IL providing Healing Touch to cancer patients (2010-2013), WOW Gal Magazine's February 2015 Award Winner, Practitioner at The Sagewood Center(2014 - 2019), Wellness Practitioner & Co-Owner at Spirit's Quest Center (2019-2020), Youth Mental Health First Aid Responder (2022).
