Tammy Durden, an award-winning business coach, has over 17 years of experience in the virtual space. She is passionate about empowering and teaching women to grow and scale their businesses.

Tammy has mentored, coached, and taught hundreds of online entrepreneurs.

Tammy's main focus is to help women grow and scale their businesses. Whether through one-on-one coaching or her unique ongoing mastermind group coaching program, she gets excited to help each client.

Tammy enjoys coaching because she has been where they are as entrepreneurs and knows the struggles. She started an online business because she wanted to add to their family's income, but because she was disabled and unable to work outside the home, she looked at online work. Homeschooling three children at the time, she began in a corner of their bedroom.  Beginning as a lead generation and virtual assistant/bookkeeper, she quickly created a VA Agency.  Later, she transitioned that into a Boutique Digital  Marketing Agency.

Tammy was asked to create courses for one of the largest online freelancing educational sites. She was also receiving many mentoring and coaching requests from other freelancers.  So, she started a coaching business as well as continuing to run her digital marketing agency until the end of 2020.

At that time, she transitioned into coaching full-time. Her love of helping others build their businesses drove her to become a business coach.

Tammy helps women grow a business to fit their lifestyle rather than squeeze a life around their business. She loves guiding women through adding a virtual team member to building an online agency.

When she is not coaching women, she is most likely putting courses and workshops together or preparing to speak at an online event.

Tammy is married to her soulmate, Eric.  They love getting together with their three grown children, their spouses, and five grandchildren.  Tammy says, "All seems right in the world when we all gather together."
