Schwartzen Precil

Schwartzen Precil is an award-winning author, leadership trainer, and founder of Hero Leadership Group. He is the author of seven books, a 2025 Author of the Year Finalist, and a nationally recognized voice in resilience, social-emotional learning, and purpose-driven leadership. Over the past decade, Schwartzen has impacted more than 42,000 students, educators, and leaders across 35+ states through keynote talks, workshops, and community partnerships. Drawing from lived experience, education, and entrepreneurship, his work helps individuals transform pain into purpose and lead with authenticity, compassion, and courage. After his professional basketball playing career, he searched and found his long-lost family after 25 years, which was the motivation behind the brand Be Your Own Hero.
