Sandy Davis
Sandy Davis is a Fractional COO, Founder of Elevate Operations Advisory, and thecreator and voice behind Elevate Within a platform and podcast dedicated to honest
conversations around reinvention, healing, entrepreneurship, identity, and what it truly
takes to rebuild your life from the inside out.
After navigating a season of profound loss, burnout, corporate exhaustion, and a major
life transition in her 50s, Sandy turned her experience into a mission: helping others
rebuild both professionally and personally without losing themselves in the process.
With more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning operations, commercial real
estate, and investment banking, Sandy has led regional operations for global firms,
overseeing multi-site teams, operational infrastructure, process optimization, and
organizational growth. Today, through Elevate Operations Advisory, she partners with
founder-led businesses to identify operational breakdowns, strengthen infrastructure,
and build scalable systems that support sustainable growth.
She specializes in helping companies move from “successful chaos” to structured,
scalable operations, identifying the hidden friction points that keep founders
overwhelmed, teams reactive, and businesses dependent on constant firefighting.
Known for her ability to quickly diagnose what’s not working behind the scenes, Sandy
brings a practical, high-impact approach to operational strategy, leadership alignment,
and execution. But beyond operations, Sandy’s work is deeply rooted in transformation.
Through Elevate Within, she created the space she once needed herself, a space
where women can tell the truth about what it really takes to start over, rediscover
themselves, navigate grief and uncertainty, heal from burnout, and step into the next
version of their lives with honesty and courage. Through raw conversations, reflections,
and storytelling, she explores the intersection of ambition, emotional resilience, identity,
healing, and personal evolution.
Her work now sits at the intersection of operational strategy and human resilience
helping people not only build successful businesses but build lives that actually support
who they are becoming.
Sandy believes growth should never require self-abandonment.
You don’t have to lose yourself to build something successful. You can build
something that actually supports who you’re becoming. – Sandy
