Born in Morocco and raised by her grandmother before immigrating to the United States, she has led a cross-cultural spiritual journey across multiple faith traditions, including a year of study in India. With more than 20 years as a business owner and personal chef, she integrated food as medicine into her work before expanding into hands-on healing as a massage and cupping therapist. Her award-winning memoir, Khadija’s Journey: What Love Is, chronicles her path from losing her voice in service to others to reclaiming identity, self-love, and spiritual authority. Today, she helps women across cultures reconnect with their truth, their bodies, and their sovereignty.
