A mother of three and grandmother of five, Ingrid built an impressive 27+ year career providing Information Technology support to multiple federal government agencies in the Washington, DC area. Throughout her career, she became known not only for her professional excellence but also for her leadership, mentorship, and dedication to outreach initiatives supporting students and young professionals. Her work earned her numerous awards and recognition for service and community impact.

In 2022, Ingrid boldly stepped into entrepreneurship, launching Blue Topaz Swimwear, a fashion brand that embodies confidence, empowerment, elegance, and fearless visibility. Since its debut, the brand has been featured on runways across the country, including showcases at New York Fashion Week and Miami Swim Week, further solidifying Ingrid as an emerging voice in fashion and creative entrepreneurship.

In addition to fashion, Ingrid is also a published author of The Time Has Come to Tell My Story, a personal reflection of her life experiences, growth, and transformation. Whether mentoring young adults, designing collections, traveling, roller skating, or enjoying time near the ocean, Ingrid remains deeply committed to inspiring others to pursue their dreams unapologetically at every stage of life.
