Fie Motiei

Fie Motiei is a licensed real estate agent with a strong desire to understand and actively engage with local and state real estate associations. She is a member of the Leadership Academy, where agents are trained to become strong, effective leaders in their communities. Since 2023, she has also served on the Advisory Inclusion Group, advocating for community engagement, equity, and inclusion across the St. Louis region.

In addition to her professional career, Fie serves as a Co-Convener of Compassionate STL, an organization dedicated to being a voice for compassion in her community. Their mission is to promote love, kindness, and empathy across diverse communities by providing compassion education to businesses, public and private schools, colleges and universities, early childhood centers, and many organizations, including those that impact mental health, caregiver support, and senior living communities.

Faith and service are central to Fie Motiei. For over 28 years, she has been a student of the M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® – School of Islamic Sufism®, an international non-profit organization. MTO is a school of self-knowledge and development of capabilities where Fie has been mastering skills to gain absolute knowledge as a student of Sufism. Fie currently serves as the head of Interfaith Relations, Sustainability, and Charitable Outreach, building bridges across faith traditions, supporting environmental stewardship, and leading charitable initiatives that serve the broader community. These roles reflect her commitment to leadership, compassion, and meaningful community impact
