Dr. Sam Shay is a functional medicine expert, speaker, and stand-up comic. He helps people escape survival mode and reclaim their energy, focus, and vitality. Dr. Sam’s one-hour comedy special “NeuroSpicy: Love, Life, & Comedy on the Spectrum”, is the 60 minutes he wishes he had heard 30 years ago to explain how a NeuroDiverse brain works and how to adapt to the regular world. His show is available for free on YouTube as part of his advocacy to bring these two worlds together. Dr. Sam is also a ‘fundraising comic’ who helps non-profits raise money for services for individuals on the Spectrum, like FireFly Autism’s annual fundraiser in May of 2025.
