Retired education leader . Formerly the Director of The Connecticut Urban Leadership Institute , college professor , public school administrator in Connecticut , New York, New Jersey and Florida . Former employee of the US Department of Education ( Aid to The States) and Director of  a Crisis Intervention Center in New Jersey  . Milestones I am most proud of : Married for 44 years, father of 4 amazing children and life long advocate for the voiceless. Neurodiversity does not define me it is an aspect of who I am.
