Don Sloane
Don Sloane is the Founder and CEO of Recovery Care Partner. Since 2009, he has led a nationally respected intervention and recovery-monitoring practice grounded in family and organizational systems theory. His work includes interventions, Recovery Care Monitoring, substance use disorder education, consulting, and post-treatment support, in partnership with leading treatment centers across the United States.
Don began his career in the recovery field more than four decades ago at Caron Treatment Centers, where he served as both a marketing representative and an interventionist, laying the foundation for his lifelong commitment to addiction recovery. He holds a master’s degree in organizational psychology, multiple professional certifications, and has received national recognition for his contributions to the field, including the Richard J. Caron Award of Excellence.
