Amy Franklin
Amy Franklin is an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and advocate for purpose-driven leadership. She holds an A.A in Human Services, a B.A. in Sociology, a B.S. in Business Finance, and a Master of Business Administration.
A lifelong builder, Amy is a serial entrepreneur who has launched and operated multiple businesses over the years, including a soap company, an excavation business, a trash removal, and a snow removal business, before founding Summit Executive Cleaning, a highly respected company serving Colorado’s mountain communities. She also manages La Vida Bocas in Bocas del Toro, Panama, a growing hospitality brand that includes vacation properties, a floating waterpark, and ocean tour experiences.
Behind her entrepreneurial journey is a story of resilience. Raised within the foster care system and later navigating significant personal adversity as an adult, Amy rebuilt her life and career through determination, education, and an unwavering commitment to growth. Those experiences shaped her belief that difficult seasons can become powerful turning points, and that adversity, when met with courage and purpose, can become the foundation for meaningful impact.
Beyond business, Amy is deeply committed to global impact. She is the founder of A.R.I.S.E., a nonprofit initiative focused on sustainable solutions in underserved communities, and she serves on the board of Speakers for Africa, an international nonprofit, supporting programs in clean water, education, sanitation, and economic empowerment.
Amy believes entrepreneurship is not just about building businesses, it’s about building opportunity. Through her work, philanthropy, and speaking, she encourages others to turn adversity into purpose, lead with courage, and create a life defined not by circumstance, but by choice.
