Ultimate Journey – inward or outward?

I’ve seen so many people who are on social media talking about their journeys to exotic places and natural wonders.  These can be amazing places and very interesting to see!  But I’ve noticed that many of these creators are repeating over and over again the benefits of challenging yourself and pushing and driving yourself to your limits!  Does this really help you know yourself or create confidence that you can apply to the rest of your life?? Is there an alternative? We have a different perspective that could change your thinking about this topic!
