The Overwhelm of Overcommitment

I'm in the process of letting quite a few things go in my life and my business because I tend to overcommit. This is a relatively new phenomenon for me to accept and admit. And I figured, I can't be the only badass who deals with this issue. So... I'm going to shed some light on the subject and encourage all of you on how to take steps to overcome it. Maybe even avoid it altogether.
