Linda Allen performs a show that celebrates one hundred years of the vote for women in Washington State. In this multi-media presentation, songwriter Linda Allen will showcase both the silencing of womens experience and the empowering of womens voices featuring songs, stories, readings and images. You will meet women from throughout Washingtons history who have made a significant difference in how women are perceived and treated, with a special emphasis on the struggle for the vote in Washington State and beyond. We will then share together the stories of the women who have contributed to our own unique history.

Learn to use our voices to relieve our stress and improve our rest with Vickie Dodd. Sounding allows us to de-stress, relax, to quiet the mind, to meditate, to rest deeply. Sound is a simple, easy way to re-train our nervous system regardless of what is occurring in our lives to rest, rest so that we may rejuvenate and slow down enough to meditate and reflect.
