Shame and Unworthiness – misconceptions

The feeling is rarely spoken about, and our programing culture is not receptive to these feelings because you “should” be focusing on your goals.  Many of the techniques and approaches to shame don’t work because they are just more programing!  We have a truly useful way to overcome these feelings.
