Self-Discovery: Meeting Yourself in the Present
Self-Discovery, Empowerment, and Inspired Action are three words that embody the essence of Our Soul Whisper As I felt into these words, they suddenly became a process; and this process reflects what I embrace in my coaching and integrative services: I am a guide, assisting my clients through the journey of discovering themselves, where they experience empowerment in their lives, and when they take Inspired action.
I go where my clients want to go, providing a nurturing and trusting space and assisting them through powerful questioning to evoke lasting awareness.
Now, this process of Self-Discovery, Empowerment and Inspired Action is not necessarily a linear one. It can be. I have found, too, that Empowerment can lead to Discovering something wonderful about us, and that Inspired Action can Empower us to continue the Self-Discovery.
