Saving Money – why is it so hard?

When it comes to saving money there are lots of strategies and techniques out there, but they miss the point.  If we were machines, it would be easy to save money but our emotions get in the way.  The need to feel better about ourselves and relieve stress or address some unmet need in our lives!
