She goes deep into emotional experiences to help single folks and couples have better relationships and hotter sex. They work with people of all genders and especially love helping masculine folks manage shame and vulnerability. Before following my dream of becoming a doula of the taboo, she had a 10+ year career in public service and social justice. In addition to their Certification with the Somatica Institute, she also has degrees in Psychology (with a minor in Sociology) and a Masters in Public Management.
