Mesa – Union with Spirit, with Wake Wheeler.

Creating an altar has always been a way for humans to focus their connection to Spirit.  In the Andes, the shamans carried a medicine bundle, the Mesa, a textile wrapped over sacred objects.  When they opened the Mesa, they opened communication, and deepened their relationship to Spirit and Nature Forces.  Join me, Doc Martin, and my guest, shaman and teacher, Wake Wheeler.
