Today we are going to talk about MANUALS. We are not talking about Ikea manuals where we are putting together a bookcase….Nope....we are talking about the “Operating Relationship Manuals” that we have for others in our lives.

Definition:  MANUALS: A full set of instructions on how others in our lives should behave, so WE can be happy. 

So in other words,….. a manual is ‘my textbook’ of how I’d like everyone to behave for the rest of their lives! 

OK? Done. And now life is perfect…If it were only that easy :)
