I come to this work honestly. Messy. Full of curiosity and willingness. I am a woman who has been with women and men. I’ve been open and I’ve been shamed, felt fear AND I do the work. I’ve learned how to be an advocate for the necessity of taking pleasure out of the closet as sexondary thing to get to “later.”

… I have spent over three decades in embodiment work through professional dance, acting, pilates, voice and movement that eventually led me to this work. Certified and trained in various modalities (see below if you really want to know;) Erotic Blueprint Coach™, AE Transformational consent forward artist with the IDC, also trained in Somatica™, and a VITA™ coach , as well as trauma informed through the Embody Lab. Seasoned in exploring the intricate nuances of the human body, mind and spirit my erotic essence has always been a strong force within me from very young. It was an uncontrollable awakening at an awful time of my failing marriage with my wife while she was in stage-4 cancer that took me on a life-altering journey of unwelcome rapture, numbness, followed by grief, and eventually into fully embracing my erotic self. In grief, I found healing and the golden nugget of joy and unexpected love. To me, everyone’s birthright is to experience profound pleasure and the big “O’s” of life.
