Erica’s professional background includes leadership and relationship-focused roles across industries including healthcare, higher education, advertising, training and development, and transportation, giving her a strong foundation in communication, facilitation, client experience, and meaningful relationship building.


Erica is deeply committed to serving her community and has held board leadership and volunteer roles with organizations such as the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Professional Dimensions, The Parenting Network, the Alverno College Alumnae Association, and Community Projects for Seniors.


She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management with honors from Alverno College and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Administration from Concordia University Wisconsin.


Erica and her husband, Jay, are proud parents of two grown children and love spending time together laughing, making memories, and staying grounded in what matters most.
