She is passionate about helping educators and families better understand the strengths and challenges of neurodiverse learners and believes that trust, empathy, and meaningful connections are at the heart of student success. Through her work and her own parenting journey, Kelly advocates for building collaborative partnerships between schools and families that foster belonging, understanding, and growth for every child.
