Through the experience of disability and the study of the needs of the population in this condition I have found that both physical accessibility and user service makes entities and companies increase their sales by introducing a new market niche. The goal is that people with disabilities do not find barriers in society and that society gains by offering options for this 15% of the population.
I accompany the creation, development and implementation of programs, strategies and projects related to inclusion in public and private entities.
