Amy Stark

Amy Stark is a transformational teacher, intuitive energy healer, and the author of Bridging the Divide: A Powerful Path to Personal Transformation by Healing the Mind, Body and Spirit. She is also the host of The Stark Transformation Show, a deeply loved podcast that blends science, spirituality, and real-life healing journeys to help listeners reclaim their energy and step into their full potential.

For more than two decades, Amy battled chronic illness, unaware that her extreme sensitivity to energy was playing a central role in her health struggles. Her breaking point came in her early 20s, when she found herself sick, depressed, and out of alignment with her purpose. That dark night of the soul became the catalyst for a profound awakening.

Amy left her career as a science teacher and dove into meditation, metaphysical study, and energy healing. As she healed herself, she discovered extraordinary spiritual gifts: the ability to perceive subtle energies, connect with the unseen realm, and sense the emotional and physical imprints stored within the body.

What began as a personal journey soon became a mission.

Today, Amy teaches others how to access the innate wisdom within, release trauma, and create vibrant health by bridging the divide between science and spirituality. Her work integrates quantum biology, neuroscience, energy medicine, and emotional freedom technique (EFT)—guiding people to rewire their subconscious and live in alignment with their truest self.

In addition to her professional work, Amy is LGBTQ+, a proud mom and wife, a rescue dog mama, an enthusiastic camper (hello, 1961 Shasta Reissue!), and a lifelong learner with a passion for biohacking and natural wellness.

She believes every person has the power to heal—and that vibrant living begins with whole food, movement, self-awareness, and energetic balance.

Whether through her podcast, courses, or book, Amy’s goal is to help you clear what’s holding you back so you can step fully into the life you were always meant to live.
