Open Source Intelligence: Taking Back Government Secrecy

Intelligence agencies and black projects have come under much more scrutiny as whistleblowers such as Snowden have come forward with evidence showing mass surveillance and secrecy that is not only defying the intent of the constitution, but also betraying the trust of the American people. Additionally, trillions of dollars have been spent on black projects conducting missions all over the world without congress or the American people knowing what for. When we have had whistleblowers come forward with information, often Americans are mortified by what they learn and the whistleblowers are persecuted (see here).
