Carrie Lafferty discusses how you can have Resilience with a Capital R, and Catamara Rosarium shares the Sacred Mysteries of Scent and Smoke.

Carrie will be discussing her upcoming workshop at the 2014 Women of Wisdom Conference in Seattle. Her workshop will be contained within an Earth-based Shamanic ritual and will interweave movement practices such as Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement ATM, and Qi Gong with direct Nature-based meditations. A deepening container will be created by dyad and small group sharing, based on Joanna Macy's work, as well as principles of meditation cultivating open listening and non-judgmental holding of space to go deeper into our own inner processes. Spontaneity will unfold on it's own as we work to embrace Resilience Catamara will share empowering ritual, meditation and life through the sacred use of smoke, oils and perfumes. In this discussion we will explore the ritual use of oils, incense and perfumes to enrich, enliven, and invoke the energies of the plant divas combined in formulas.
